Care instructions
Each garment is carefully customised using artisanal textile techniques, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to regular wear and repeated washes.
— Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C — Wash inside out to preserve detailing — Do not iron directly over prints — Iron inside out if necessary
All pieces are made with durable materials and proper garment techniques. Designs and personalizations stay intact after many washes.
Machine wash up to 30°C. Always turn inside out before washing. Do not use bleach or strong detergents.
Iron only on the reverse side — never directly on the design.
Returns and refunds
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Because our pieces are unique or highly exclusive, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Before placing an order, please make sure all info — especially sizing — is correct. Refunds will only be issued if you received the wrong item or if the piece arrived damaged or defective.
Due to the exclusive nature of our creations, 1/1 unique garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For limited edition items, exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
-The size received is not correct
-The item arrived damaged
-An incorrect item was delivered
Outside of these exceptions, all sales are final.
